Leslie Allen-Vercoe

Leslie is an experienced property professional with over 50 years experience of commercial and residential property around the World. During his career he has carried out substantial developments in the UK, France, Germany, Australia, Russia, the Baltic States and now Gibraltar. He was recently involved with the construction of a large mansion in the UK that was featured in the Guinness Book of Records as being the most expensive private house constructed at that time. Leslie is married with 4 children who are all successful in their own careers.  Apart from his interest in Camoren Holdings Ltd., Leslie has extensive property investments in the UK and overseas along with long term directorships and shareholdings in a number of other companies, furthermore he has extensive knowledge of both the financial and legal development and investment into real estate.

As Chairman Leslie sees his responsibilities as supervising the team and making sure matters run as smoothly as possible. He engages directly with banks and institutions on behalf of the Camoren Holdings Ltd. and the board of directors and provides firm but fair control over decisions at all levels.

 

Michael Crisell

Michael has over 40 years’ experience in a senior capacity within the construction industry and has been engaged in a variety of sectors during his career. Experience and expertise gained working as a Professional Engineer, Consultant and Project Manager has now evolved into major development schemes both within the UK and overseas.
Dedicated to his family and the environment, Michael sets extremely high standards and ethical codes for the company.

As Managing Director the primary role is to manage the activities of the company and work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure we meet objectives, standards and remain profitable. A secondary role is to work closely with the Chairman to meet agreed deliverables and to promote the company’s activities, expansion and reputation in order to create new opportunities and broaden our areas of expertise.

Joseph Louis Holliday

Joseph concluded his Business Studies in the United Kingdom, in 2004. As from 2004, Joseph focused his career working on the development and implementation of various business ventures within his family group of companies. In 2014, Camoren Holding Ltd bid for the development of a site on the eastside of Gibraltar and this was successfully awarded to Camoren Holdings Limited. Joseph was appointed to the Board of Directors in June 2015 and is the only local Director in Gibraltar. His main area of responsibility is in liaising with HM Government of Gibraltar, in matters related to the Blue Water development. His local commercial knowledge and experience is a great asset to the Company.

Andrew John Hardy

Andrew has been involved with international real estate developments for over 40 years, having lived in The Netherlands, Malaysia, Qatar, France and Romania, and worked on projects across India, Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle and Far East.
Andrew qualified as a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in 1989 and has worked at partner level for JLL, DTZ and Cushman Wakefield as well as having been managing partner of a Mayfair firm of Chartered Surveyors, managing partner of commercial development companies in Croatia, Romania and Latvia, where he still maintains an interest, together with a major mixed use development project in Estonia.
Andrew has three children of whom 2 are now working in industry and the younger one reading economics at Warwick University.

As Commercial Director, Andrew sees his role as ensuring that the project is commercially viable, reflects the latest international standards of design and construction and adopts the highest environmental standards, in order to ensure that the overall scheme provides the anticipated returns on shareholders’ equity, and becomes a flagship project to the overall benefit of Gibraltar.
